Qualification, Required Skills & Experience
• Must have a Bachelors degree (Bsc) or HND with a minimum of 6months post qualification working experience in greenhouse production/ management
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent report writing skills as well as oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of various computer programs and proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Database management skills
• Multitask, prioritize, attention to details and effective time management
• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
• Inventory and logistic control
